  1. Well, these golden little globes of heaven took on a curious persona as we tossed them lightly in a caramel sauce (dry cooked sugar with slow additions of water, brandy and lemon). Their soft sweetness blossomed over French Vanilla Ice Cream...Mmmm. We were not so patient (it was 11 pm and dinner was over hours ago), should have let it cool-so it was soup first. That's easy though, just add more ice cream!
